A telecom company
thought they had a bad debt problem. We worked with
the data warehouse staff and pulled in and cleaned up the
data. We then programmed the analysis, looking for trends
in the results. Based on that, we found that the problems
was more than three times worse than they thought. However,
we did not stop there, but worked with their marketing and
revenue assurance people, helping them drop these by about
90% and bring their results in line with their industry.

services firm wanted to get a better handle on how they were
serving their customers. We worked with their technology
people, got the data, and then programmed the analytics.
We showed them what services and what type of customers had
