Growth can be more than within.  Acquisitions can accelerate growth and open new avenues.  Conversely, strategy can change and it may be time to divest part or all of an operation.  Whether acquiring or divesting, we have had experience with and can help.  Some of our services include:

  • Strategy.  Helping strategize the potential transaction.
  • Target.  Work with management to prepare ideas for acquisition targets or potential buyers.
  • Due Diligence.  Review the acquisition target, including financials, systems, personnel and other factors to determine the fit.
  • Financial Model.  Pull together a financial model on the acquisition target and the pro forma combined entity.
  • Business Plan.  Help management complete the business plan and other materials needed for the acquisition.
  • Selling Package.  Prepare information package for divestiture.
  • Negotiations.  Assist in negotiation and documentation of purchase/sales agreement
  • Implementation.  Getting the deal done is one thing.  Implementing it is another.  We can help with the financial, systems and people issues in order to fold in the new entity.
