- Where geographic areas do you
cover? We can go nationwide and international.
We can do either travel and do on-site work or stay local
and do off-site work. We have done some entire projects
off-site on a virtual basis for companies out of state in
order to save money on travel costs. With the wonders
of technology, we are able to do long distance work effectively
and quickly. We keep you in the loop with frequent updates
as needed.
- How long does your work take?
It all depends on the situation. In some cases, it can
be a short project that we complete quickly. More often,
clients realize other benefits we can offer and after we complete
the first assignment, we move on to other areas and generate
even further savings. The benefits usually go far beyond
what anybody could have imagined going in. Our preference
is to start off on an ongoing relationship basis, but we are
also happy to start on a project basis if that makes the most
sense to you. Either way, we believe in teaching your
people how to take over. We are not here to build a
permanent umbilical cord. Instead, we move on to other
ways to generate savings for you.
- Aren't there many others who
can do the same work? We feel that we have a difference,
with both technical and leadership skills together in one
package. This can mean the difference between just doing
a project and delivering strong results that go far beyond
expectations. Time and time again we deliver much more
for our clients.
- Do you work alone or have others
working with you? Once again, it all depends on
the needs. In some cases, we work alone on projects. In other situations, when it makes sense, we can draw upon
other people to help out, even outside of finance.
