Ethic Standards

We are delighted to see that ethical leadership has become more appreciated in this century.  While it has gotten more press in the past few years, we don't think it is anything new for most people.  We believe that the vast majority of people in businesses, government, education and associations operate in an ethical manner. 

We intend to do our part and help set a good example.  In some cases we do come across situations or information that a client might not have been aware of and would not have operated that way had they known about it.  While this rarely comes up, we are delighted that in most situations, the client has done the right thing, taking the appropriate action.  However, in the unusual circumstance that does not happen, we will be prepared to walk away from the relationship if we feel that integrity would be compromised.

We are members of the IMC- Institute of Management Consultants and the MSPC- Midwest Society of Professional Consultants.  We abide by their guidelines for ethical behavior.  We likewise respect and abide by the guidelines set by clients.

Let's all do what we can to raise the bar and set a great example for others to follow.  Together we can restore any confidence lost from the actions of a few.
