Bad Debt Reduction - A telecom client had grown rapidly to over $100 million in sales in under two years.  The bad debt number unfortunately was growing rapidly as well.  With their revenue assurance department very busy managing the demands of this growth, they called us in to take a look at the situation and bring down the number.  (more info)

Fill In As CFO - At a food manufacturer, both the Controller and VP Finance found jobs closer to home after the plant had been relocated. Multiple Acquisitions - A pharmaceutical firm where we were CFO had made a successful turnaround of its manufacturing operation and was now looking for next steps to grow the business.  The industry was beginning to consolidate across channels, with manufacturers and distributors joining together.  The industry was also growing rapidly and it would be difficult for any manufacturer to keep up with all the product offerings that would come off patent in the next several years.  The distribution end of the business was very fragmented at that time.
